Waterproofing tape is a key component in all wet room systems and should be used on all joints between waterproof XPS Tile Backer Boards, corner joints and to cover all screw piercings.
A strong polyethylene material backed with a self adhesive butyl rubber layer, the tape is used for bridging and reinforcing internal corners and floor and wall joints. Simply remove the backing release paper and press the tape firmly into position.
