Kerbside Delivery – Tiles Only
Orders Over 15kg will be delivered on a Pallet, using a 18T vehicle with a tail lift.
We offer a Kerb Side Delivery Service. Hazards such as grass, steep inclines and gravel will cause an obstruction to the Pallet Truck meaning the delivery will be made to the closest accessible location. Narrow roads and restricted access may cause a delay to the delivery. If you think a smaller vehicle is required to deliver your order, please notify us. Delivery dates are estimated, we will try our best to adhere to the delivery date you have chosen, however circumstances outside of our control may affect this and we will always keep you up to date.
Kerbside Delivery – All Palletised Tiling Supply Materials (Excluding Tiles)

Next Day Delivery – Not Including Tiles
We offer Next Working Day Delivery on orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday. Please be aware this is subject to Postcode Area, you will have the option to select ‘Next Working Day’ if this is available for your address.
Please note: if you are unable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Surcharge
Please note: Due to the distance some areas in Scotland will be subject to a Surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery can take between 3-5 working days.
Northern Ireland and Non-Mainland UK Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout.
Paypal Orders
When ordering via PayPal, you will leave Elite Tiling Supplies.com and the transaction will go through your default PayPal address. Therefore, your required delivery address will need to be present and confirmed within your PayPal account.
