The lower section of the motor unit and the baseplate are constructed from durable die-cast aluminium, featuring CNC-milled guides for exceptional precision and long-lasting stability.
The surface-milled baseplate includes an integrated vice, ensuring that workpieces are held firmly and securely for maximum cutting accuracy.
Designed for versatility, the vice cheeks feature a V-groove for securely holding round parts, along with a dedicated groove for clamping thin workpieces up to 65 mm wide.
Thanks to its compact, rigid, and torsion-free design, this cutting unit delivers clean, accurate, and safe cuts on materials up to 65 mm wide and 25 mm thick, as well as round materials with a maximum diameter of 25 mm.
The baseplate rotates 45° to the left and right, with 15° notched increments, and can also be locked at any intermediate angle for flexible, precise cutting.
Each unit is supplied with a 36-tooth carbide-tipped saw blade (80 x 1.6 x 10 mm), suitable for cutting wood, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.
