BENFERPRIM is suitable to use on all absorbent substrates common in building, such us cement based renders, gypsum plasters, cement based and anhydrite based screeds, normal and moisture resistant plasterboards, cement based panels, brickwork, aerated concrete, lime-sand blocks, cement, calcium sulphate and poured asphalt screeds, levelling compounds, natural stone and wooden boards. BENFERPRIM can be applied on the back side of natural stones, marble or absorbent granite stone to reduce the appearance of stains and superficial halos.
STARPRIM is used as a primer to improve the adhesion to absorbent and non-absorbent substrates prior to the installation of ceramic finishes with cement-based or dispersion-based mid-bed adhesives. STARPRIM reduces the porosity of the substrate and protects moisture sensitive substrates from the water in cement-based adhesives. Suitable for use on existing tiled finishes, hydraulically setting cement, cement-lime renders and gypsum plasters, gypsum fibre boards, moisture resistant plasterboard, brickwork, aerated concrete, lime-sand blocks, cement, calcium sulphate and poured asphalt screeds, levelling compounds, natural stone, steel and glass.
