Ultracolor Plus is a high-performance mortar made from a blend of special hydraulic binders, graded aggregates, advanced polymers, water-repellent admixtures, organic molecules and pigments. Unlike traditional grouts, it contains no Portland cement, making it safer and more user-friendly.

Its unique formulation is based on a self-hydrating hydraulic binder that guarantees uniform colour and consistent performance.

Developed with two innovative MAPEI technologies — BioBlock® and DropEffect® — Ultracolor Plus offers exceptional durability and protection:

• BioBlock®: Special organic molecules distribute evenly within the grout structure, blocking the growth of microorganisms that cause mould and mildew.

• DropEffect®: Reduces surface water absorption, working synergistically with BioBlock® to keep grout joints cleaner and longer-lasting.
